Addressing the career dilemma with CARE.
More than 20 years of ring side experience of dual career dilemmas and its twists and turns; I live it and work with globally mobile professionals. Mine and their lived experiences are the jump off points for my research. The solutions I offer are based on the school of hard knocks combined with evidence-based research and co—created with personal empathy as I have been there before. My tools of trade include a Masters in Leading Innovation and Change, a certification in Brain Based Coaching (NLI) and experience working in Asia, UK and the USA with international organizations, global companies and multicultural clients.
